The training period also includes an intensive safety program which substantially meets OSHA standards, ensuring a safe and healthful work environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Following the training period, each new member is closely monitored and evaluated for a probationary period. The owners of A&D use this period to evaluate employee capabilities, work habits, and overall performance. But we don’t stop there! Our employees are our pride and joy, and we prove it to them.
